Job Title: Lead Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assess the technical requirements for a project and ensure that the right mix are allocated to the project
• Review and approve technical design solutions on the project
• Technical content of Reports and Studies / Technical content of Diagrams
• Quality of Calculations / Quality of P ID's Input
• Actively support business development activities on leads and opportunities
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and client presentations
• Build strong client relationships based on trust
• Support the Discipline Manager in ensuring team has the right mix to achieve technical and commercial objectives
• Provide leadership to the discipline team on assigned projects
• Provide regular feedback to team members on performance Ensure team members take responsibility for their activities
• Monitor quality of team performance and escalate to management if necessary
• Support and mentor team members
• Foster interdisciplinary teamwork on projects
• Proactively work with Project Controls to develop a robust, coordinated schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Cleary communicate and assign project priorities to team members to met project schedule
• Own the discipline project schedule, escalate to PM when milestones are at risk and communicate progress to project controls.

Qualifications:

• A Third Level Degree in an associated discipline Ideally holds or working towards
• 8-12 years experience as a Senior or Lead Engineer in ideally the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Previous experience of deputizing for a PM
• Experience of efficient Resource Planning
• Previous exposure of efficiently dealing with internal and external Clients
• Solid experience of working with budgets and ensuring alignment with same
• Demonstrable experience of being part of and managing a Team of technical personnel
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving project
• English is required, Dutch is a preference
• Strong Attention to detail
