You’ll be working for an internationally operating
manufacturing company in the chemical industry that develops
innovative solutions for sectors including the automotive,
industrial, and energy industries. From its locations in Ittervoort
and Echt, the company produces high-quality specialty chemicals,
silicones, and additives and supplies them to customers
worldwide.
For this position, you’ll be
based at the Ittervoort location. You’ll be part of a growing
environment where, together with your team leader, you’ll lay the

The workplace is located in an
industrial park and is easily accessible by car.

Looking for a varied job that combines customer

In this role, you’ll be the first point of
contact for customers and will also support colleagues with sales
and administrative processes. Thanks to you, we’ll achieve optimal
customer satisfaction and the organization can continue to
grow!
- Handling customer
inquiries and complaints;
- Supporting
sales activities;
- Preparing quotes and
forecasts, and assisting with distribution
management;
- Processing and managing customer
orders;
- Serving as the first point of contact
for customer relations (by phone and in
person);
- Preparing reports for internal
use;
- Conducting interviews to clarify customer
needs.
The position is for 32
hours, spread over 4 days. The start time is between 7:30 and 9:00,
depending on your preference.
Functie-eisen
- You are fluent in English, and most of
your communication will be in English. Do you speak multiple
languages? That’s a plus;
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g.,
SAP);
- 2–3 years of experience in a
similar role, such as Customer Service, Sales Support, or Account
Management. Are you a recent graduate with a business degree but no

- Familiar with supply chain processes and
order management.
In addition,
it’s important that you can handle stress well and work
proactively.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between €2,560 and €4,000 gross
per month, depending on age and experience;
- A
position for 28 to 32 hours per week, depending on your
needs;
- Work at an international, growing
company with multiple projects where
you
- Initially, you’ll work entirely in
the office; eventually, there will be the option to work from home
one day a week;
- You’ll receive 29
vacation days based on a full-time 40-hour
workweek;
- If you do not take any sick days in a
given year, you will receive 2 additional vacation days for the
following year;
- A generous pension plan
where you contribute 4% and the employer covers the remainder of
the premium.
- A net travel allowance of 0.21
cents per kilometer driven, up to a maximum of 50 km one
way;
- An internal bonus system based on
individual performance and company performance (paid out in
March);
- Equal pay: You will be compensated
according to the client’s pay scale. This means that your salary,
allowances, and employment conditions will be the same as those of
employees directly hired by the
client.
