As Technical Consultant you are creating the Technical Architecture within HNS. You will:

Create and maintain high level design documents (HLDs) and detailed level design documents (DLD’s), taking existing HEINEKEN Global D&T standards and rules into account.

Your goal in this position is to contribute to the development, improvement and simplification of HEINEKEN Netherlands Supply (HNS) Digital &Technology (D&T) landscape, taking overall business and Technology objectives from Global D&T (digital & technology division) and HNS into account, act as the advisor to the D&T community, program/project management, support organization and external suppliers on technology aspects.

The Technical Consultant will focus on creating high level and detail level designs (infrastructure and network designs) and prepare the necessary changes based on those designs.

Key Activities:

• Build a partnership with the business IT consultants, the IT Delivery teams and the Brewery Engineers in order to contribute to the development of HEINEKEN’s data driven strategy.
• Responsible for translating the service request of the business into a new technology service and assign to Service delivery for execution & SLA set up.
• Contribute to the handover of the IT product, coordinate and/or execute Service and Maintenance process.
• Assure well-documented systems and applications are accessible for further use and change.
• Identify, challenge and document the functional and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into a functional and technical system design of an existing or new business solution, covering logical application components, data elements, process flows and their integration (including support).
• Able to deliver overview of the OT architecture, defining how hardware, network, integration and security are organized on a machine/Process Control Domain level within the breweries.
