As a grill room employee in the roasting department, you are responsible for roasting semi-finished products into high-quality finished food products. You ensure the roasting process runs efficiently, safely, and according to established production and food safety standards.
You will operate roasting equipment, monitor temperatures and cooking times, and perform quality checks on color, texture, and doneness. Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace in compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations is an essential part of the role.
Start times vary between 05:00 and 08:00 depending on the department, and most shifts last around 8 hours, Monday through Friday. Extra hours or weekend work may be scheduled based on operational needs.
Job Requirements:

• You are interested in production work and want to be part of the production process.
• Experience is not a must, you can learn everything from the team at Luiten. It is more important to be enthusiastic and motivated.
• You are able to stand for a longer time.
• You speak English and/or Dutch.
• You are able to work in a production enviroment with meat.
• You are available during peak periods (December and Easter).
• Willingness to adhere to regulations regarding All visible jewelry, piercings, false nails/eyelashes, or nail polish, which are prohibited in food production environments.

Employment Conditions:

• €0,21 Allowance per hour, working in a warm department.
• Annual December bonus of 3,25% of gross salary (with the condition of working at least 2 months in Luiten).
