
Take ownership and be responsible of sales to distributors and develop the OEM market in the Netherlands
Description
- P&L responsibility on the territory of the Netherlands, with distributors and OEMs
- Generate a strong and active presence in the territory, targeting minimum 50% of working week engaged in face to face activities with existing and new customers
- Strengthen our relationships with customers at all level of the organization, facilitating customer interaction and coordinating with Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other functional areas
- Through an understanding of customer drivers, build ability to influence customer decisions
- Be a real consultative seller and go the extra mile to deliver top quality service
