Job Description

As a dispatch worker, you will be responsible for preparing goods for dispatch according to the FIFO system. The dispatch worker also loads trucks, prepares waybills, and handles the inspection and registration of goods. Products such as raw materials and auxiliary materials are stored in the incoming warehouse from where they are distributed by the dispatching clerk to the production lines.

Job Requirements

• English or Dutch language skills to enable you to communicate freely;
• own accommodation near Zeewolde;
• own transport;
• experience as a production or dispatch worker;
• possibility to work two shifts and on Saturdays.

Salary and Benefits

• salaris of €16,43 gross per hour;
• after a meeting with the employer ( and mutual agreement), the employee starts working directly for the employer on a contract;
• the employer provides working time of 38h/week;
• between 21.00 and 5.00 a shift bonus of 30% applies;
• overtime is paid at a premium rate of 25% for the first 2 overtime hours and 50% for the remaining overtime hours;
• a surcharge of: 15% for hours worked between 05:00 and 13:00, and from 13:00 onwards the surcharge is 30% for each hour worked;
• working hours are variable, e.g. from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00;
• working hours are set in consultation with the team leader and the team, and periodically you will also be allocated Saturdays.
