As an Order Picker, you will collect customer orders and prepare them for shipment using a trolley. This is a walking order-picking position. Orders are picked using a voice-picking system available in English and Polish. During your first days, you will be supported through a buddy system to help you learn the processes and become familiar with the warehouse.
The expected picking performance is between 200 and 220 picks per hour. The position operates in two shifts: 18:00 to 00:45 and 01:15 until the work is finished. Depending on the shift schedule, you will work either 5 or 6 days per week. An evening allowance of 130% applies, while work on Sunday evenings is paid at 200%. For safety reasons, wearing certified safety shoes and appropriate work clothing is mandatory at all times.
