PROCESS TECHNOLOGISTINTERN

About the Internship
As a ProcessTechnologist Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experiencein optimizing and improving factory operations by applying scientific knowledgeto real-world manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for a student inChemical Engineering, though candidates with a Food Technology background mayalso be a good fit.
You will workclosely with the production team to analyze processes, identify areas forimprovement, and implement practical solutions. Your projects may includeoptimizing process parameters to reduce energy consumption, evaluating additiveusage by comparing industry research with current factory practices, andcontributing to specific technical challenges that enhance efficiency, productquality, and sustainability.
This internshipoffers a unique opportunity to develop technical expertise in a real productionenvironment while making a meaningful impact on operational performance. It iswell suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technical analysis, and workingin a hands-on, factory-focused role.

Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to reduce energy consumption.
- Evaluate additive usage by comparing industry research with current factory practices.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to monitor and improve process performance.
- Document process changes and results for future reference and training.

About you
- Currently studying Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a similar field (Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Dutch is a strong preference.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic about sustainability and process improvement.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work in a factory environment.
