Job Description
What will you do?

As a production employee, you will be involved in the full production process. Your tasks will include:

• Hanging and removing materials from the production line;
• Galvanizing and/or powder coating metal products;
• Checking coating thickness and the quality of the finished product;
• Carrying out visual inspections on appearance and finishing;
• Correctly processing production orders in the system;
• Working according to safety, quality, and production guidelines;
• Operating a forklift, if you have experience or a certificate.

You will work in a two-shift system:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 23:00

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who is motivated, hands-on, and interested in working in the metal industry. In addition, you:

• Have an interest in metal and enjoy physical work;
• Preferably have knowledge of steel and metalworking;
• Have MBO working and thinking level;
• Speak Dutch or English;
• Are willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Are physically fit and strong;
• Have your own housing or are willing to arrange this yourself after the temporary employment period.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of production processes, galvanizing, powder coating, machinery, safety regulations, and quality systems;
• Experience operating a forklift.

Salary and Benefits

• A gross monthly salary of €2,750 excluding shift allowance;
• A 14% shift allowance, bringing your gross monthly salary to approximately €3,135;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
• Travel reimbursement from 11 km one way up to a maximum of 25 km one way;
