StandardAero is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of security at our F135 MRO&U facilities at Woensdrecht Air Base.

What are your key responsibilities?

The Site Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of employees, facilities, and assets while maintaining compliance with Dutch Ministry of Defense (MoD), . Government, and StandardAero security requirements. In this role you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including MoD, Pratt & Whitney, and base security authorities, to ensure adherence to security and incident response protocols. 

Who are you? 

You are flexible, independent, proactive, and both service- and results-oriented. You also bring the following skills, requirements and experience:

·Dutch nationality (mandatory) and eligible for the highest security clearance.

· Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1) and Dutch.

· Experience with access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.

· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Citrix, SAP, .

· Military or aerospace background and ITAR knowledge are a plus.
