We are looking for motivated and responsible operators who enjoy working in a production environment and are able to maintain quality standards under pressure.

• English speaking
• Available for full-time work in a two-shift system (06:00 AM–03:00 PM and 03:00 PM–12:00 AM)
• Experience as an Operator or within production is a plus
• Basic technical knowledge of production processes and machines
• Focused on hygiene, quality, and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in cooled environments

• 14% shift allowance on top of every worked hour in a two-shift system
• Additional allowance for working in a chilled environment (€0.09 - €0.62 per hour)

Functieomschrijving

As an Operator at DeliBarn in Wijchen, you are responsible for independently operating and monitoring production lines within the slicing departments. You ensure that production processes run efficiently, safely, and according to the highest food quality standards.

You will work with modern production and packaging machines and play an important role in maintaining product quality and continuity throughout the process.

• Independently operating production lines within the slicing department
• Receiving and checking incoming raw materials
• Supplying and removing products within the production process
• Setting up, adjusting, configuring, and starting production lines
• Monitoring production processes and performing manual corrections when needed
• Executing visual inspections and quality checks on products
• Working according to hygiene, safety, and quality procedures

You will work in a highly hygienic and cooled production environment where accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork are essential. As an Operator, you are expected to work independently and maintain overview within the production process.
