Functieomschrijving

As a Stock Control Employee within the Re-use department, you are responsible for monitoring stock levels, solving discrepancies, and supporting daily warehouse operations. You act as the link between different departments and ensure everything runs efficiently.

Your daily tasks include:

• Monitoring stock levels and inventory accuracy
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Searching for missing materials and solving issues
• Supporting pickers and bookers as first-line support
• Communicating with customer service on daily operations
• Creating tickets and handling administrative tasks
• Ensuring accurate and secure data handling 

This role requires a combination of logistics knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

Functie-eisen

• Strong understanding of logistics processes
• Experience in stock control or warehouse administration is a plus
• Good communication skills and team mindset
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
• EPT/OPT/Reachtruck certificate is a plus
