Dingli AWP Europe Trading Limited B.V., our sales, marketing, and service subsidiary based in Weert, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee and actively participate in warehouse operations.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and ensure the efficient functioning of all warehouse activities. This role combines managerial responsibilities with active involvement in daily operational tasks. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff while directly contributing to warehouse operations, maintenance, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and safe daily operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and effective inventory control measures.
• Perform hands-on warehouse tasks, including material handling, equipment operation, PDI, and basic machinery/equipment maintenance.
• Ensure full compliance with local (NL) and company health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee facility and administrative duties, such as telephone and network systems, courier services, office supplies and maintenance of assets/vehicles.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and operational support.
• Proactively address and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth warehouse functioning.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, identifying key metrics and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar hands-on managerial role.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Physically fit and willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
