You are a hands-on worker who enjoys working with your hands. You are reliable, work accurately, and feel comfortable in a team environment where cooperation and quality are key. Experience in production or concrete is a plus, but motivation and commitment are even more important.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,830 and €2,991
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commuting
• 25 vacation days
• Day shift with flexible start time between 06:30 and 08:30
• Possibility to occasionally work on Saturdays
• Opportunities to grow into positions such as machine operator or production operator
• Possibility to obtain training and certificates
• Attendance bonus: when fully available, a bonus may be awarded (historically around €1,000 gross per year)

For a modern production company in the prefab concrete industry in the Weert region, we are looking for a Production Worker. This family-owned company produces high-quality prefab concrete elements such as stairs, walls, balconies, and columns used in various construction projects.

As a production worker, you will work together with a team of skilled colleagues to manufacture strong concrete elements. You support different steps in the production process and ensure that everything is carried out safely, accurately, and according to schedule.

Your tasks:

• Preparing molds for pouring concrete
• Assisting with placing and assembling reinforcement
• Finishing and checking prefab concrete elements
• Packing and preparing products for transport
• Working with machines and tools (after instruction)
• Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe
