ia Olympia you will be working at a cheese processing company in the Weert region. They process incoming cheeses into cheese powders. The location in Weert specializes in drying cheese. These raw materials are processed by bakeries and in meat, fresh meals and sauces, among other things. About 20 colleagues work at this location where everyone knows each other. Together you take care of the processing and packaging of these products.

The client is easily accessible from Weert, Helmond, Valkenswaard, Geldrop, Eindhoven or Roermond.

Functieomschrijving

For a client in the Weert region we are looking for a full-time cooperating operator, who has affinity with the food industry. In this role you are responsible for the production process and the corresponding lines. So are you someone who can understand processes and do you have no problems with physical work? Your work will consist of: 

• Building up and rebuilding production lines; 
• Monitoring the production process;
• Managing and training production staff (2 to 3);
• Perform quality controls;
• Weighing cheeses and keeping records; 
• Setting up (simple) reports;
• Consultation with foreman regarding planning, quality and efficiency;
• All other common production tasks.

Functie-eisen

• You have an MBO working and/or thinking level;
• Do you have experience implementing improvements? Then this is an advantage!
• You have experience in a similar function, preferably in the food industry;
• You have no problems with managing colleagues and keeping an overview of the process;
• You have the right work mentality and are open to positive feedback;
• You are willing to work three shifts.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A structural position, if suitable there is a possibility for a permanent contract;
• Salary till €19,38 including shift allowens, depending on age and experience;
• Allowances of 130/140% between 18:00 and 07:00 hours;
• A nice travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer from 10km;
• Fulltime work from Monday to Friday;
• Work takes place in three shifts (06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00);
