• A VMBO-level education or equivalent experience;
• Practical skills and experience in a production environment;
• Willingness to work overtime or shifts, currently in a three-shift system (normally two shifts);
• Ability to communicate effectively in Dutch or English;
• A team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
