Take the next step in your leadership career as a Shift Supervisor in Venlo!  In this role, you will lead a production team, oversee daily operations and play a key role in achieving safety, quality and performance targets. In return, you will receive a direct contract with the employer, an annual salary between €54,000 and €60,000 , shift allowances, a bonus scheme and the opportunity to work in an international production environment. As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for leading one of the production departments during your shift. You ensure operations run smoothly, support your team and respond quickly when priorities change. Leading a team of approximately 20 to 25 operators, increasing to 40 to 45 employees during peak periods Managing KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery and cost Identifying operational disruptions and taking immediate corrective action Direct contract with the employer Shift allowance according to the applicable scheme Full-time position of 36 to 40 hours per week You will join a large international production organisation operating multiple interconnected production departments.
