Management Assistant

As a Management Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the management by organizing, coordinating, and optimizing daily operational and administrative activities. You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring structure, efficiency, and follow-up in a fast-paced and demanding business environment.

You will enable management to focus on strategic priorities by taking ownership of planning, communication, and administrative processes, while proactively anticipating needs and maintaining high standards of execution.

You will:

• Manage and prioritize the management inbox, handling correspondence and ensuring timely follow-up;
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business trips, including preparation of agendas and materials; organize day-to-day administrative task
• Prepare meetings by keeping mailboxes up to date, collecting information, and documenting action points;
• Create clear overviews, reports, presentations, and administrative documentation;
• Support management in preparing offers, proposals, and presentations;
• Conduct research and compile results, updates, and reports for management decision-making;

You have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level;
• At least 3 years of experience in a management support, executive assistant, or similar administrative role;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform well in a high-pace, high-standard environment;
• Fluency in English (German and Dutch are a strong plus);
• Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• A valid driver’s license
