Through Manpower, you will work as a part-time or full-time operator for one of our clients in the Venlo region. In this role, you are the hub of the production process: you operate machines, monitor processes, and keep everything well organized with the associated administrative tasks. The exact work depends on which employer you will be working for, but during a working day you may be involved in:

• Operating and monitoring machines and production processes
• Monitoring quality and safety in the production environment
• Performing first-line inspections and resolving minor malfunctions
• Recording production data and maintaining clear production and maintenance administration

Functie-eisen

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably in engineering, production, or logistics
• VAPRO A and B certification is a major advantage
• Experience in a production or operator role is an advantage
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written, for understanding work instructions
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
• Accurate, responsible, and team-oriented working attitude
