Tasks As a Grinder, you are responsible for the precise finishing of metal parts so they are ready for the next step, such as powder coating. You work independently in your own workspace, but always alongside supportive colleagues. Your tasks include grinding, checking quality and ensuring a clean finish of various products. No day is the same due to the variety of materials. You start each day with a short team meeting and then get to work.
