For a leading international high-tech manufacturing organization, we are looking for multiple Electronics / Mechatronics Assembly Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate assembly, testing and manufacturing of complex modules and components according to established quality standards, processes and work instructions.
You will work in a clean and highly technology-driven production environment where quality, precision, teamwork and continuous improvement are key.
Wie zoeken we?To be a suitable candidate for this position you have:
- MBO Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent vocational qualification), preferably in mechatronics, electronics of engineering
- Experience in a technical production or assembly environment
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with hand tools such as torque wrenches, pliers and precision tools
- Knowledge of basic electrical principles such as resistance, induction and high-voltage testing is an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
- Experience assembling and testing electronic and/or mechatronic components
Conversational command of the Dutch language is a plus.
Experience with working in a cleanroom or contamination-controlled environments is a plus and of course your fine motor skills are top notch.

On a daily basis you will:
- Assemble and test modules according to specifications, drawings and work instructions
- Ensure all work is performed accurately and documented correctly
- Identify, report and discuss deviations, defects and quality concerns
- Analyze recurring assembly issues and contribute to corrective actions
- Follow established manufacturing processes and maintain accurate administration
In this job you are going to:
- Deliver products within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor and report progress proactively
- Escalate issues that may impact delivery or product quality
- Support and coach less experienced colleagues when necessary
- Work on multiple products and support activities across different work centers
- Coordinate daily activities within the work center and contribute to achieving production targets
