Process and prepare wafers and reticles
for both internal and external customers, including coating,
developing, cleaning, measuring, and defect
analysis.
Prioritize and coordinate service
requests, ensuring high-quality
outcomes.
Monitor and optimize process and
equipment performance, proactively proposing and implementing
improvements.
Maintain accurate records of
tasks performed, ensuring all executed processes adhere to high
standards.
Maintain sufficient stock levels,
keeping all equipment and materials up-to-date and ready for
use.
Ensure knowledge transfer to colleagues to
support ongoing team development.
Collaborate
across departments, interfacing with delivery operations,
development, customer support, and equipment support
teams.
Functie-eisen
Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in a
relevant field.
Proven experience in
applications or manufacturing processes, preferably in wafer or
reticle processing.
A strong technical mindset
and familiarity with high-tech tools, such as electron microscopes
or scatterometers.
Self-motivated with a
hands-on attitude, able to take initiative in a dynamic
environment.
Strong communication and teamwork
skills, with a focus on quality and continuous
improvement.
Ability to work according to
strict protocols and communicate effectively with internal
clients.
Proficiency in English, both written
and spoken.

Competitive salary: €3,500 - €4,400 per
month, depending on experience and expertise.
A
guarantee of a 2-year placement (based on good performance),
followed by the opportunity for direct transfer to a permanent
contract with the client.
