Wat ga je doen?

As a High-Tech Production Employee, you play an important role in the final finishing of high-precision metal components. Using specialized hand tools, and sometimes a microscope, you carefully remove sharp edges and ensure every part meets strict quality standards. You'll work alongside a team of skilled colleagues in a clean, modern production environment where precision is key. Every component you finish is inspected before moving on to the next stage of production, meaning your attention to detail has a direct impact on the final product. No experience? No problem. If you're motivated and eager to learn, you'll receive all the training you need to master the job.

Werkzaamheden

• Finishing and deburring high-precision metal components;
• Working with precision hand tools and, when required, under a microscope;
• Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy;
• Preparing finished components for quality control;
• Working together with your team to deliver products of the highest standard.

Wat verwachten we van je?

• You have excellent fine motor skills and enjoy working with precision;
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week;
• You speak English well;
• You have an interest in technology or manufacturing;
• Experience is a plus, but motivation and a willingness to learn are more important.
