Job description:

We are looking for a Technical Internal Service Employee! As a Technical Internal Service Employee you are the right hand of the Service Regional Manager. You provide assistance by carrying out various technical and administrative preparatory/controlling activities to ensure optimal execution of the service activities. You are also responsible for preparing quotations and processing orders related to service activities.

Required:

-Receiving and handling questions from customers and/or service technicians

-Translating quotation requests into technical solutions

-Requesting prices and technical information

-Calculating the cost price and describing the technical solution and work

-The preparing and following up on quotations by telephone

Processing orders

Preparing, planning and supervising jobs and projects for the Service Regional Managers territory

Preparing or ordering, reserving materials/tools via the warehouse or the Purchasing department

Making various reports and budget forecasts.
