Investor Relations & Funding Specialist – Aerospace & Defense Innovation

What You'll Be Doing

Investor Relations

• Act as a primary point of contact for investors and shareholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the investor community
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, roadshows, and site visits
• Manage investor communications and respond to inquiries

Financial Communication

• Prepare investor updates, quarterly reports, and shareholder materials
• Create clear, compelling presentations explaining financial performance and strategy
• Translate complex financial and technical concepts into accessible narratives
• Support board materials and investor pitch decks

Funding & Transactions

• Assist with equity and debt funding rounds
• Support due diligence processes and manage investor data rooms
• Prepare financial documentation and transaction materials
• Contribute to capital markets activities

Project Coordination

• Manage timelines and deliverables across investor and funding initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (banks, legal, auditors)
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field
• MBA or relevant advanced qualification (preferred)
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and explain financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial presentation tools
• Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
