This squad, comprised of 11 Engineers, plays a pivotal role in the technical application management and testing environments of the Oracle Flex cube application. The team is integral to the larger Continuous Business Transformation (CBT) program, with a focus on global implementation until 2026.
The team is truly international, with members hailing from India, South America, Europe, and beyond. English is the primary language spoken, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Technical Skills Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Weblogic (version 12c+ preferred) for configuration and implementation;

Proficiency in Oracle database managing multi-environments;

Experience in a Linux-based environment.

Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or others), with the ability to write scripts from scratch for automation (nice to have);

Enterprise application experience is essential;

Monitoring experience (Splunk or similar tools) is a plus;

Oracle Flexcube experience is learnable but a similar application background is advantageous.

Soft Skills and Personal Attributes

Strong prioritization skills;

Ability to assertively say no when necessary;

Team player with fluent English communication skills;
