Het distributiecentrum van Jumbo in Nieuwegein is namelijk bezig met uitbreiding en voor de uitvoerende opdrachtgever Witron zijn we op zoek naar Equipment Operators. 

Door alle geavanceerde machines lijkt de klus zo geklaard, maar vergis je niet. Deze machines moeten continu worden aangestuurd door jou en je collega’s. In dit hypermoderne distributiecentrum werken minder mensen dan in een gewoon distributiecentrum. Jouw impact op het proces is dus veel groter. Als  Equipment Operator  bedien je de machines en logistieke systemen. Je corrigeert kleine storingen en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. Maar je bent vooral bezig met het monitoren van het productieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig. Veiligheid en stiptheid zijn in deze functie erg belangrijk. De opdrachtgever vindt het daarnaast fijn als je actief meedenkt aan de continue verbeterslag.

All the advanced machines automate the job, but they also make mistakes. That's why machines must be continuously monitored by you and your colleagues. Fewer people work in this ultra-modern distribution center compared to a normal distribution center, which means your impact on the process is much greater. As an Equipment Operator , you operate the machines and logistics systems. You correct minor malfunctions and conduct quality checks, but your main responsibility is monitoring the production process and making adjustments as necessary. Na de inwerkperiode en als je er klaar voor bent, word je overgeplaatst naar het nieuwe DC JUMBO FRESH. Hier hebben ze een werkweek van uur en je salaris bedraagt ​​€ , per uur (inclusief % ploegentoeslag en een koudetoeslag van € 0, cent per uur).

You start in DC JUMBO DRY: the already operating distribution center. For the -hour working week you will receive a nice salary €, - € , brutto per hour (which includes a % shift allowance). After the training period and if ready you will be transferred to the new DC JUMBO FRESH.
