Functie You will be the commercial lead for your territory, combining strategic account management with new business development. By understanding clinical needs and hospital decision-making processes, you will help customers improve patient outcomes through advanced ICU technology. - Manage and grow a portfolio of university, teaching and regional hospitals within Utrecht - Develop relationships with intensivists, ICU nurses, biomedical engineers and procurement teams - Lead product demonstrations, evaluations and clinical presentations - Manage tender processes and commercial negotiations - Build and execute territory business plans aligned with sales objectives - Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists, Marketing and Service teams - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM documentation Profiel You are comfortable operating in complex hospital sales environments and can engage credibly with both clinical and commercial stakeholders.
