Tasks - Independently prepare and pass on authentic dishes. - Guaranteeing quality, taste and presentation according to our standards. - Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations. - Professionally managing the helpers in the kitchen. - Inventory management: ordering, receiving and checking ingredients. - Thinking about new dishes and optimization of work processes.
