As a van driver DHL Express in Utrecht, you will contribute to ensuring timely and accurate parcel deliveries for both business and private customers. Starting your day at the depot, you’ll independently prepare your route, load your delivery van efficiently, and focus on delivering exceptional service. With a structured work environment and consistent routines, this role is perfect for someone who values clear expectations and enjoys interacting with customers.
What you will do as a van driver:

• Delivering: 50 to 80 parcels daily to business and private addresses within your assigned route.
• Loading: your delivery van independently and organizing it for optimal efficiency.
• Driving: a fixed route with app support, especially during your onboarding period.
• Collecting: parcels from customers and businesses along your route.
• Maintaining: a clean, safe, and organized delivery van to ensure smooth operations.

Wat bieden we jou

• Earn a gross hourly salary between €16.60 and €21.58, based on your experience.
• Start with a temporary contract, with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Enjoy a flexible workweek of 24–36 hours, tailored to your availability, between 08:00 and 19:00.
• Receive a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way).
• Benefit from 8% holiday allowance, 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB), and 23 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek).

Functie-eisen

• Valid driver’s license B with 2+ years’ experience.
• Reside within 40KM of Utrecht for daily commutes.
• Comfortable delivering 50–80 parcels daily with precision.
• Available 3–4 days weekly, between 08:00–19:00.
• Ability to obtain a certificate of conduct (VOG).
