We’re looking for an Independent Digital Product Designer to lead a focused, high-impact optimization project aimed at transforming how we communicate with our B2B partners.

This is not an operational role. It’s a clearly scoped assignment with one goal: drive measurable engagement and conversion across the full B2B partner journey from landing pages and email flows to platform interactions and digital campaigns.

You’ll own the end-to-end design and optimization approach, applying your own methods, tools, and experimentation framework to deliver results that can be proven with data.

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, behavioural insights, and data-driven decision-making across multiple digital channels;
• Operates as an external expert defining approach, tools, planning, and priorities without operational oversight;
• Demonstrated ability to design cohesive experiences across landing pages, email flows, platform interactions, and digital campaigns;
• Track record of delivering documented performance improvements and clearly linking design decisions to business outcomes.

• Proven ability to operate autonomously as an external specialist, translating business goals into technical design solutions with documented impact;
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a UX designer;

SalarisThe Offer UX Designer - Temporary

This temporary position will start immediately and will last for roughly 6 months and will have a gross monthly salary in the range of €6000- €7000, excuding holiday. Unfortunately we are unable to consider freelance professionals for this role.
