As a delivery driver DHL Express in Utrecht, you will contribute to ensuring timely and accurate parcel deliveries for both business and private customers. Your role involves preparing your route, loading your delivery van efficiently, and maintaining a focus on safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction. With structured working hours and no weekend shifts, this position offers a predictable routine and a great work-life balance.

What you will do as a delivery driver at DHL Express :

• Delivering: 50 to 80 parcels daily to business and private addresses with precision and care.
• Loading: your delivery van independently and organizing it for an efficient route.
• Driving: a fixed route with app support during your onboarding period.
• Collecting: parcels from customers and businesses along your route.
• Maintaining: a clean, safe, and organized delivery van to ensure smooth operations.

Wat bieden we jou

• Gross hourly wage between €16.60 and €21.58, based on your experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible workweek of 24–36 hours, between 08:00 and 19:00.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way).
• 8% holiday allowance, 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB), and 23 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week.
• Structured onboarding, regular coaching, and opportunities for professional development.

Functie-eisen

• Valid driver’s license B with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain a certificate of conduct (VOG).
• Reside within 40KM of Utrecht for daily commutes.
• Comfortable delivering 50–80 parcels daily with precision.
• Available 3–4 days weekly, between 08:00–19:00.
