What do you do as a flex manager?

Your smile and warm hospitality make for a great first impression. As the first point of contact at the reception, you are responsible for a warm welcome. You check guests in and out and provide them with all the necessary information.

Of course, there are also other reception tasks involved. For example, you also take reservations and handle them effortlessly, both by telephone and by email. Administrative work and invoicing are also part of your job description.

You are a real multitasker and can easily switch between different departments within the hotel to offer our guests the best possible service. And when it is busy, you are quick to lend a hand in other places in the hotel. Think of checking rooms, support in the restaurant or at the bar.

Your work environment is different every time. The hotels are divided in the same way and work in the same way. The teams in which you work differ because you can be deployed in different Bastion Hotels. This allows you to advise the hotels on possible points for improvement and you quickly build up a nice network! In the role of Flex Manager at Bastion Hotels, you will drive around the country in your company car.

We work with the IDPMS reservation system. Do you have no experience with this yet? No worries! We are eager to teach you all the ins and outs.

Who are you?

You are available full-time and flexibly from Monday to Sunday (both morning 06:00 AM until 15:00 PM and evening shifts 14:30 PM untit 00:00 AM).

You have completed a hospitality education or similar (minimum MBO level 3 work and thinking level);

No completed education? Then you have experience in the hospitality/hotel industry.

You are at the beginning of your career; we will teach you a lot during the training month.

And of course you have a driver's license.

With us, as a flex manager, you get:

A salary that makes you happy: €2433.93 gross per month, for 38 hours per week. In addition, you will receive an allowance of €300 per month on top of your salary. And travel expenses? We will reimburse those too!;

In May, the holiday pay comes as a nice surprise: 8% of your salary.

Working on Saturdays and Sundays? Cash! You will receive an allowance of 20% on top of your salary.
