Job description

For one of our international clients operating in the retail display and in-store marketing industry, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager. This is a key role focused on managing complex, end-to-end projects for a major international brand account.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with brand and retailer guidelines.
Your responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from kickoff through production and in-store implementation

Act as the main point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders

Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and operations

Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects

Ensure compliance with brand standards and retailer visual merchandising guidelines

Continuously improve project management processes and ways of working

Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

Proven experience as a project or account manager within the electronic retail display / POS / visual merchandising industry (essential)

Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment

Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mindset

Strong technical literacy and understanding of the production side to retail displays (., manufacturing and material knowledge, as well as supplier coordination)

Fluent in English (C1+); Dutch and/or German is a plus but not required.

Working conditions

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Start date ASAP

Location: Uithoorn area (office-based role and not easily accessible by public transport; thus a car is required)

Fully onsite work

Competitive salary around €4.000 - 4,200 gross per month
