What will you do?

As an HR Advisor, you will act as a hands-on HR partner, supporting both office-based teams and operational functions such as Supply Chain and Laboratory.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees

Managing employee relations cases, including absence, performance, and disciplinary matters

Leading and supporting recruitment activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition and local agencies

Acting as a key point of contact for a diverse workforce across different employee groups

Advising managers on Dutch labour law and HR policies

Supporting and collaborating with the Works Council

Reviewing and updating HR documentation, including the HR handbook

Improving HR processes and helping bring structure to HR documentation and practices

Contributing to a positive employee experience by being a visible and approachable HR presence

What are we looking for?

Around 5–7 years of experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role

Strong, practical knowledge of Dutch labour law

Experience working with a Works Council

Experience supporting operational or manufacturing environments is an advantage

A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to manage operational HR topics independently

Confidence to engage with and support a range of stakeholders in a constructive and professional way

Strong communication skills in:

-Dutch (required)

-English (required)

Ability to work onsite regularly in Uithoorn
