About the Role

As the EMEA Logistics Manager, based at our EMEA headquarters in Uithoorn, you will lead the development and performance of logistics service providers and support regional warehouse teams. You will play a key role in building an efficient, customer-focused supply chain across the region.

  • What will you do?

  • Lead, develop, and coordinate logistics activities across the EMEA region, driving efficiency, service quality, and cost improvements
  • Manage third-party warehouses and collaborate with Supply Chain teams using KPIs and structured performance management
  • Support manufacturing sites with overflow and off-site warehouse selection and coordination
  • Oversee logistics partner performance, both directly and in collaboration with other Supply Chain teams
  • Partner with Procurement to secure competitive freight and warehousing costs
  • Manage logistics budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other functions to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards
  • Travel up to 25% within the region as required
  • What are we looking for?

    Experience & Education:

  • Experience managing logistics service providers and logistics flows, ideally in a leadership or coordination role (typically around 5+ years)
  • Experience in chemical, oil & gas, food, or related manufacturing industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Skills:

  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Location:

  • Based in or able to commute to the Uithoorn area, with willingness to travel up to 25% within the region
