Functieomschrijving

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring that everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You will lead and support a team of warehouse employees, monitor daily performance, and make sure that tasks are completed correctly and according to company procedures. You will also work closely with supervisors, warehouse operators, temporary employment agencies, and transport partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Following SOPs and safety procedures
• Monitoring performance and reporting deviations to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Participating in LEAN meetings and continuous improvement projects
• Identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
• Ensuring correct processing of goods and documentation
• Motivating, coaching, and supporting your team

This is a varied role combining hands-on warehouse work with coordination and team leadership.

Functie-eisen

• MBO level of education or similar
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse work
• Experience as a Warehouse or VAS Operator is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English
• Good leadership and people skills
• Flexible and willing to help where needed
• Forklift, reach truck, clamp truck, and EPT certificates are a plus, or willingness to get them
