We are looking for a motivated production employee. Our client in Tienray is a specialist in concrete construction elements and part of the BTE Group, a leading organization that consists of several specialized concrete companies.

What do you need to start as a production employee?

• 2–4 years of experience in the concrete industry
• VAPRO B certificate
• Forklift and/or hoisting certificate
• Technical insight and experience with reading drawings

What can you expect as a production employee?

• Salary €16,66 gross per hour (depending on experience)
• 25 vacation days + 12 additional reduction-of-working-hours (ADV) days

Functieomschrijving

As a production employee, you will be responsible for manufacturing high‑quality industrial and yard paving slabs. You will work based on clear technical drawings and work instructions.

Your daily tasks include:

• Preparing and setting up the molds
• Placing the reinforcement
• Pouring the concrete and carefully finishing the elements
• Carrying out quality inspections
• Cleaning, checking, and maintaining machines
• Releasing and unloading the finished concrete elements

As a production employee you will work in a 2-shift system with the following working hours:

• Early shift: 07:00 – 15:45
• Late shift: 10:15 – 19:00
• Overtime may occur, up to 21:00 at the latest
