Manpower is looking for a Workforce Administration Representative in Terneuzen.
As workforce administration representative, you will be working in the Workforce Management (WFM) discipline within HR. Your focus will be on all employee lifecycle related activities, such as onboarding, managing employee data, lifecycle changes, absence management and offboarding of all employees. You will mainly support WFM activities for Spain, but your role also includes supporting activities for Italy, Portugal, France and/or Belgium.
Your responsibilities also include:
Processing all employee lifecycle related transactions in both online and offline platforms Acting as primary point-of-contact for workforce management inquiries (via phone, chat, and eRequest), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders. Delegating and escalating queries as appropriate, but remaining responsible through completion Tracking progress, and providing continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries Supporting oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise Engaging in overall improvements of processes

Good command of the English and Spanish language, because you will be supporting WFM activities for employees in Spain At least a mbo level 4 Diploma Extensive working experience within HR Operations, Workforce Administration or in a comparable field Knowledgeable and experienced in working with Workday, ServiceNow and other technology platforms to deliver run-the-business efficiently Able to work well with multiple technology platforms, with a good command of Microsoft Office
