Responsibilities

• Coordinate service providers, suppliers, and material flows
• Manage company-owned works and coordinate with the EPCM company for Mechanical, Electrical, and Ductwork
• Lead external planning teams and construction companies outside the EPCM scope
• Ensure smooth construction flow and site organization with the EPCM
• Verify compliance with planning specifications, regulations, and building standards
• Collaborate with other Construction Managers to assess project impacts
• Negotiate with suppliers and procurement as needed
• Improve the Construction Management and Health and Safety Plans with the EPCM
• Generate weekly reports and lookaheads with the EPCM
• Achieve project objectives for cost, deadlines, quality, and safety
• Maintain knowledge of installation and construction standards
• Oversee 3D Coordination Building Information Model (BIM) for clash resolution
• Ensure quality checks of materials and construction execution
• Support construction testing and complete test documentation
• Review Contractor Turnover Documentation for accuracy and resolve issues
• Implement a safety culture to achieve Zero Lost Time Incidents with the EPCM Safety Team
