To help support their growth they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Data Centre Infrastructure team.

In this role you work closely with both commercial and R&D orientated teams to provide a link between the two. You will provide in depth technical knowledge whilst also being able to support customers in relation to new relationships and product support. The role is a Hybrid role with occasional travel to clients and customers.

The role:
*Working closely with Commercial and R&D teams
*Technical Support and customer experience
*Troubleshooting and Project Management
*Hybrid working - 3 days a week on site with some travel to customers

The person:
*Transferable Engineering qualifications
*Transferable industry background - Power technologies, Cooling Technology, Data Centres, Telecoms, Industrial etc.
*Fluent English and German
*Comfortable commuting to site and with occasional training
