Who can help us prepare our HR Service department to the next level for the future?

We are looking for a HR Service Project Manager in order to strengthen our HR-team and to prepare our team for the future. First Project will be to implement improvements on our learning and development way of working (indicated in RCPS). Future projects will be more HR generic.

In this role, you should be a driver to implement improvements in our way of working. Excellent communication skills and project management skills are essential. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is natural for you. You will work closely together with our Learning and Development HR Specialist. This role is located in Sluiskil and you will report to our HR Service Manager.

Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing our people to be able to execute their roles.

Roles and responsibilities

• Implement/structure learning strategies, -programs and - needs;
• Structure trainings needs for different levels (individual, contractor and organizational)
• Optimize way of working different training roles.
• Implement various global Yara learning methods;
• Manage, structure and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings;
• Be an active contributor to the implementation of learning and development improvements;
• Monitor the site performance on Learning & development and related improvements.
• Responsible for management of global learning management system.
• Optimize structure for training documentation
• Project management from A to Z and achieving results;
• Optimizing HR processes with the aim of organizing them as efficiently as possible and automating them where possible.
• After the first project you will be further integrated in the HR-team based on the new structure that will be implemented due to retirement of different HR-colleagues.

Required experience and qualifications

• Master/Bachelor degree in a relevant field;
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, HR Project Manager, Training Manager or similar in an international environment is a benefit;
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices;
• Proven experience in project management and budgeting;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
