Via Olympia in Meppel kun je komen werken op eenvoedsel productielocatie in Ruinerwold waar allerlei soortenolijven worden verwerkt. Ze worden eerst ontzout en daarna op smaakgebracht met eigen smaken of kruiden mixen. 
Deklanten zijn: Albert Heijn, Delhaize le Lion, Albert CZ en B-to-Bpartners. Zij doen heel veel productontwikkeling, zoals hetbedenken van nieuwe smaken of borrelhapjes, en zijn als bedrijfcontinu in beweging om de markt te bedienen vangemak.

Ruinerwold ligt vlakbij Meppel en is goedte bereiken via de A28 vanaf Hoogeveen en Zwolle. Je kunt ookaanrijden via Wolvega en Steenwijk. 
Er is gratisparkeergelegenheid. Deze locatie is niet goed te bereiken metopenbaar vervoer.

As a production worker in preparation, youare mainly working with ingredients for the food industry (mainlyolives for tapas), adding raw materials is mainly your main taskbecause without these raw materials there is no final product. Yourduties may include: In short you make the spice mixtures for thevarious together. 

• Accuratelyweighing and adding all raw materials and ingredients to theolives; 
• Correctly processingadministration, ensuring that there is always sufficientstock;
• Operating extruders and blenders; thatlarge mixers. 

For the earlyshift you will receive an allowance of 40% between 05:00 - 07:00.Inthe late shift you will receive an allowance of 30% between 18:00 -22:00.Overtime = after 36 hours worked. You will receive a 30%allowance on all overtime hours. 

Veryoccasionally you'll work on Saturdays, and this rarely happensexcept during certain busy days leading up to the holidays.
On Saturdays between 00:00 - 07:00 you will receive a 40%allowance (after 36 hours 170%) On Saturdays between 07:00 - 15:00you will receive a 30% allowance (after 36 hours 160%)On Saturdaysbetween 15:00 - 18:00 you will receive a 60% allowance (after 36hours 190%). 

Functie-eisen

Forthis position, it is particularly important that you are able towork accurately and communicate well with your colleagues. Inaddition:

You have experience working in aproduction environment, preferably in the food industry;
You are looking for work for 32 to 40 hours per week and donot mind working on Saturdays occasionally;
You enjoyworking in two shifts;
You enjoy working in a slightlycolder working environment of 10 to 12 degrees;
You arefamiliar with hygiene rules;
You speak good English, asthe working language at this location in Ruinerwold isEnglish.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

A full-time job for 32 to 40 hours per week in twoshifts with the following terms of employment:
You areavailable full-time for 40 hours, but it is possible that yourhours may be reduced and you may work less. 
A goodsalary of €14.40 gross per hour and, after approximately threemonths of satisfactory performance, €15.52 gross per hour; + shiftallowance.
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from 10 km;maximum distance reimbursed is 30 kilometers, one way;
25 vacation/leave days, 8.33% vacation pay;
Weeklyor 4-weekly payment of wages;
