Biscuit International is a fast-growing European bakery group. Their main focus is on producing cookies, cakes, syrup waffles, and bread substitutes such as rusk, rice cakes, as well as various types of toast for snacking.
The factory in Rucphen produces cream filled cookies, butterkeks and the famous Brinky's.

Looking for a job where you can earn well and enjoy variety? At Biscuit International in Rucphen you will work in a 3-shift system and receive a gross monthly salary of €2,969 including shift allowance. You will join a team where colleagues support each other, and you will have plenty of room to learn your tasks and grow further.

In this role, you contribute directly to the production of different kinds of cookies. You will do quality control and pack products. You solve minor malfunctions independently and ensure that the workplace remains clean and safe in line with HACCP guidelines. 

Your top 3 responsibilities:

• Packing and checking biscuits
• Changing over and setting machines
• Cleaning the workplace according to hygiene standards

Working hours: 
morning shift 07:00–15:00, afternoon shift 15:00–23:00, night shift 23:00–07:00. 
Note: the night shift starts on Sunday evening.

Wat vragen wij van je:

You are proactive, reliable, and quality-focused. You can communicate clearly and are willing to work in shifts. Also, you bring:

• Dutch or good English language skills
• Availability for at least 2 full shifts per week
• Preferably, experience in the food production sector

Based on a full-time planning, you can count on attractive terms of employment:

• Gross monthly salary of €2,851 including shift allowance and ADV, up to €3,186 with proven experience
• Shift allowance: 38% between 18:00–03:00 and 39% between 03:00–06:30
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• 25 vacation days based on full-time employment
• Travel allowance from 5 km one way: €0.23 per km
