The Inside Sales Supervise the activities of all Inside Sales Representatives as well as Pricing Specialists. Develops service policies, account procedures to ensure consistent client service and satisfaction. Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine client complaints. Compile and gather data for QBR’s and KPI reporting. Engages in competitive intelligence, collects and analyzes information on market trends and conditions, gauges anticipated demand, and uses the information to recommend pricing strategies.
