The Job

We are in search for a public cloud infrastructure engineer with experience in Azure, Google Cloud Platform or equivalent. The team is responsible to design, implement and manage code deployed in global network infrastructures.

Your role will be guiding the team in the challenging journey towards the public cloud. You are an expert on public cloud who will be both designing, review/improve the current code as well as delivering new features, present/demonstrate, educate, share knowledge and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Technical capabilities

- Strong conceptual knowledge of virtualization and networking concepts as routing, switching, firewalls and load balancing (CCNP or equivalent)

- Extensive hands-on experience on Terraform, Python, Bash scripting and Azure DevOps pipelines

- Experience with design, configure and managing network infrastructure in Azure, GCP or equivalent

- You can find your way around tools like Azure DevOps pipelines & repositories (version control, CI/CD pipelines) and container based workflows

- You know your way around on Linux based platforms

- Experience with connecting physical and virtual networks to cloud providers

Your education and background

- Professional and intellectual IT ability at least a bachelor’s degree

- Certifications or proven proficiency in (Cloud) Networking and Security

- Microsoft Azure Architect Design AZ-301/AZ-304, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent

- Cisco CCNP or equivalent network certification

- Excellent command of spoken and written English
