Within the IT Delivery department, the Investments Bespoke Solutions (IBS) team develops custom applications to drive our core business processes. Every day, millions of euro’s flow through IBS developed systems. Examples are applications for instrument ranking, for investment portfolio rebalancing and for evaluation of investment opportunities. The team consists of 15 software engineers who have successfully developed several key applications over the last few years.

IBS is continuously making a shift towards new technology and new ways of working. We currently work in scrum teams, and aim to be as agile as possible. This means that we have adopted a DevOps way of working. New applications are deployed in Azure and are cloud native by design. A Microservice architecture is combined with concepts like Domain Driven Design and principles as CQRS and Event Sourcing. We make use of API’s to expose data to other teams or expose data within a state-of-the-art web frontend. Automated testing is an integral part of our development strategy.

We are looking for a candidate for the position of  “Senior developer” for the IBS team who can help realize our ambitions.

A suitable candidate has at least 5-7 years development experience and is able to drive change. You can establish yourself as a trusted consultant and advisor. You can deliver results and achieve objectives, both autonomous and in a team setting. You are a strong team player.
