In this role you are responsible for establishing, managing and improving all aspects of strategically sourcing services and goods for BeNeLux. The overall goal is maximizing value of the sourcing decisions, improving cost and service competitiveness, developing supplier relationships and improvement of internal and external processes. As part of the EurAsia Procurement team you will be supporting regional and global projects as well.

You are responsible for:

• Development & execution of long-term procurement strategies across all indirect categories included but not limited to logistics, temp labor and external expert, field services (installation, repair & maintenance), IT Hardware and maintenance, MRO and office supplies etc;  
• Building and management of relationships with key stakeholder to establish the function as a “Trusted Partner & Value Creator” internally and externally 
• Implementation and alignment of global indirect procurement strategies, objectives and deliverables;
• Driving the sourcing process, supplier risk management and collaborate with other members of senior leadership to develop the procurement strategy;
• Building of market intelligence capabilities for analysis of market trends and best practices;
• Identification and management of supply chain risks to minimize negative impacts on organizational objectives while encouraging cost reduction and innovation opportunities;
• Development and providing of leadership, direction and effective management of the cross-functional working groups;
• Establishment of performance standards and evaluation processes.
