In this temporary position as Learning Specialist (temporary) you will be working closely with the sales team. In this role you are responsible for relationmanagement, productintroduction, marketing and resultanalyses.

As Learning Specialist (temporary) you will responsible for:

• Supporting the learning solutions systems, processes, policies, tools and programmes.
• Ensuring daily operational tasks are executed in a seamless manner.
• Making adjustments to learning sessions where necessary.
• Making recommendations on how to improve Learning Effectiveness within the geography.
• Checking content on our local learning platform and administrative assisting.

Vereisten:

As Learning Specialist (temporary) you will bring:

• a finished bachelor/master in a HR area.
• experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• approximately 1-3 years experience in a similar position.
• good communicative, proactive, and negotiating skills.
• Communication in Dutch or/and English is a must.
