Your responsibilities

• Develops and shapes a team of relationship managers
  
• Setting the legal standards internally as well as for the clients
  
• Maintains and develops relations with clients, intermediaries and (internal)
  specialists, in line with corporate guidelines, to achieve optimal relationships with
  different stakeholders and optimal execution of legal team activities
  
• Manages the own client portfolio with key clients and functions as dedicated
  contact person for these clients, in line with corporate guidelines and legislation,
  in order to ensure optimal realization of the client assignment
  
• Expands the client portfolio according to budget, with focus on up sell and cross
  sell
  
• Oversees and is responsible for compliance guidelines and legislation
  
• Acts as an internal legal advisor
  

• Academic degree corporate law
  
• Approx. 4-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably at one of the larger
  renowned law firms, corporate services companies or advisory firms
  
• Kindly note that professionals from other EU countries then Luxembourg are also
  welcome
  
• Strong people management and development abilities (leader and motivator)
  
• Serves as a professional communication partner, and has the ability to sell
  content and value
  
• Familiar with developments in his/her own professional field and market
  
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  
• Clear understanding of the value of a pro-active, customer oriented attitude
  
• Pro-active, analytical and accurate
  
• Balanced planning and organization of work
  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken is required other foreign languages
  would be considered a plus however not mandatory.
